My focus on equine nutrition was sparked by a personal challenge: my beloved horse, Tempest, underwent major colic surgery and was left severely underweight. Through dedicated research, trial and error, and a relentless drive to see him recover, I developed a nutrition plan that brought her back to a healthy condition. This transformative experience inspired me to pursue formal education and certifications in equine nutrition, equipping me with the tools to understand and meet the unique dietary needs of horses.
